Job Description

Our client is a well-known QLD based healthcare provider offering a diverse range of support for a significant number of the local population.  They are currently seeking 2 x Accounts Payable Officer to join their exceptional and fast-paced team for a duration of 3 - 6 months.

About the Role
The primary focus of this role will be on ensuring the high-volume of invoice entry be accurate and correct. You will be responsible for contacting suppliers to ensure correct invoice format and submission. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Accurately enter and process a high volume of invoices into accounting system.
  • Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any invoice discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by reporting manager.


About You

  • MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE 
  • 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of invoices.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Basware and Coupa systems is highly desired but not a must. provided.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
